The New Shadow Movie Poll

If the new movie is an adaptation of a novel or radio show, which novel or show would you like to see adapted?

Want to add your own opinion? Email me! Don't forget to read the rules though.

I would like the film to not be an adaptation of a novel, because if adapted from a particular work, you MAY miss out on the inclusion of several important Shadow characters such as Moe, Margot etc.

If I had to adapt one, since I would want a story that includes all of the iconic characters, I would not adapt pulps or radio. I would proably adapt a comic book: specifically the 1990's DC run of The Shadow Strikes. I would take all 31 issues and have a script written around that story so we would get to see a number of agents, Shiwan Khan and maybe even some famous figures of the 30's/40's era.

Yet another difficult question. There just too many good radio shows and pulps for me to chose.

For Radio shows: I would like to see Night without End

For Pulps: Either The Black Falcon or The Shadow Unmasks

But, truthfully. I would love to see an actual origins story.

—Liz.
I would do a combined adaptation of The Voodoo Master and City of Doom, with Dr Mocquino brainwashing a terrified town in his plans to destroy America's industries and create fear for he and his cult's powers..

—Abel D.
